Girls at front are so sweet BUT the PA IN the back treated me and my black child like we we TRASh asked my baby was she a smoker at 10 years old coming in complaining unable to get air properly. I’m a MA myself so I know how scary a Mother or parents would be having to rush to an urgent care of hospital HER NAME WAS GINA her entire demeanor was EVIL. she offered us allergy medicine ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW. My husband and I was excited we finally got an express care in the neighborhood—what a waste\. Waste of time\. Their entire process was unnecessarily long and frustrating\. It felt like their main priority was taking my money rather than providing good service\. I definitely won’t be using them again.
