Everyone was super nice. It was a great first experience and will definitely go back if needed and will tell family and friends about them.
Deserves 10 stars. So quick, easy & clean! The staff was great and worked very well together. Every person in there was incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. It was by far the best experience I've ever had in an urgent care setting!
The nurse practitioner has seen was great and very nice. She was extremely helpful. The nurse before her was also very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this place.
To be honest, I did not have a positive experience. Upon arrival, the reception staff directed me to complete the entire check-in process online. After spending time entering all of my information, I was then asked many of the same questions again in person, which felt repetitive and unnecessary. I was not feeling well, so having to complete the online paperwork and then repeat the same information was frustrating.
