The doctor pulled out her phone and asked if she could use "her assistant" by which she meant a chatbot. So creepy. I said no and she proceeded to belittle me, then ignore the issue, then argue over whether I was really having the symptoms I reported, then belittled me some more. I called to ask a followup question after my appointment and the receptionist yelled at me for five minutes for calling an expresscare for some reason before finally opening up my chart. If you want to actually get something done, UVM Health is not the way. Terrible receptionists, dismissive doctors.
I was so impressed with this clinic. It was clean, the service was fast, and everyone was incredibly respectful and kind to my 3 and 1/2-year-old grandson who had a broken leg. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend this clinic.
Went to Berlin Express Care today for a painful foot infection and was very impressed from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Total time for my visit was approximately 40 minutes. I left feeling very satisfied and certain that I received the best care and expert advice possible for my ailment.
