I went on for sore throat, fever, head congestion, and body aches. I went online and made an appointment and my only complaint is, i sat in the waiting room for a long time before I was seen. If they had been very busy I would have been more understanding. As far as staff they were very nice and the np was kind and understanding. I will keep going back.
I really like the fact that I could put in for a appointment I understand that medical things happened but if you don't have to go right away you can go there and my appointment was for 20 minutes after I signed up so that I really like the people that and I will seeing pretty quickly in and out they took x-rays and the people were very polite and explain things to me so yes this one was a good visit
Took my husband for a knee laceration. Front staff was a little preoccupied with socializing. It took a moment for them to get into work mode once patients started coming in the office. Waiting room was very warm. The nurse was great and the NP was great. We were out within an hour.
I had went in with deep gash on my head. Staff was friendly and very nice. Got in really fast and the NP Theresa Medicus was very professional and has good bed side many. Wish I could have her a my physician !!! Thanks to great staff.
ALWAYS FRIENDLY, SMILING AND COMPASSIONATE. EVERY TIME WE HAVE BEEN THERE, WE GET A CALL BACK FROM DOCTOR TO FOLLOW UP. I LOVE THAT AND IT'S TOO BAD MORE DON'T PRACTICE THAT.
Great customer service 👍🏾 I was in and out within an hour. All employees were helpful and customer friendly.
