Judging by the two times I've called and they've been too busy... Whatever employee I seem to keep getting is rude. Like take a minute to apologize and say can you please try back a bit later. I loved this place when Todd was there and things were different. When it was actually express wireless. I dont understand why customer service means so little to people.. when its so easy! Courtesy towards others like come on!!!!!
