This store has very questionable practices leaving us with a bad feeling that we'd been had. No estimate was given for TV repair and then we were told our TV couldn't be repaired so they sold us a used one "which someone decided they didn't want". This TV died in about 6 weeks. Then they said our original TV was now repairable and they wanted a lot more money making the repair more costly than we had expected. It's like being held ransom at that point. This company, Luis P., came into my home to analyze an issue with my main tv. He did even know how to take the tv off the wall. All he wanted to do was take the tv to his shop. Charged me $70.00 cash( he said he couldn't take a cc). This is one dishonest individual.
