Luis provided effective and efficient service, clearly communicating via text and mobile phone and impressively was on time for his service or warranty call for a 75 inch LG. Highly recommend him.

Our TV went blank and before we ran out to buy a new one we called Luis and he diagnosed it as a problem he could fix. We dropped it off and it was fixed in a very timely manner and we were very happy to have it fixed rather than buy a new one.

I would like to compliment Express video specifically, Luis P.. He diagnosed the problem I was having with my LG TV. He ordered a main board, and it was installed within 2 days. He was extremely knowledgable ,professional and extremely courteous. I recommend them highly, great experience.

Omg! If I could give this a -5 I would!!! Where do I start! The owner Luiz, came to our condo to repair our tv, and told us he needed to take it back to his shop to estimate and repair it. My husband even helped him lift the tv out to his van to take to his shop. He gave us a claim ticket. We also informed him we couldn't have him reinstall until we return in October. Untorturable, we disposal Mrs. ******* tv by accident, mistake or error you named, which was never intentional or wrong doing. We deal with so many tv's in this case happens with the wrong person. What I remember is this tv was not repairable because the problem was the panel. When a tv is not repairable or not economical to repair, we put a sticker with an X mark meaning that is going to be disposal of. Misrepresentation on part of company owner. Understanding was that a service call involved coming to home, removing TV and taking it to shop and then after repairs made, returning it and remounting TV. If an assistant was necessary it would be an additional $50, but if homeowner assisted there would be no extra charge. I also explained to you that we can bring the TV down from the wall ONLY if is something simple. Lightning hit my home, and among other damages I was left with an LG 4K UHD TV with non-functioning HDMI ports. I called Luis and explained the problem, he asked a few questions, said he could fix it, and he ordered a new board. Within a few days, the board was in, and he came to our house in Estero. End result, the problem was fixed for $700 rather than having to buy a new $2K TV! I am a fan of Mr. P.!

Luis, the manager, is extremely professional and charged me a very fair price. It can be really hard to find someone with his work ethic and expertise in Naples and he couldn't have been better. He picked up my tv and delivered fixed the next day! I would give him 10 stars if I could.
