This company is a fraud. Jason Morgan the senior sales representative told us nothing but lies. He gave us a quote that was BS. When they arrived one day earlier than our scheduled move date and demanded we sign the new contract or they would not move us. Jason had a BS story that we were the only people being moved to Idaho and he had to up our fuel charge later to find out he piggybacked two other moves on our van and over charged us. ITS FINALLY OVER! I made it to Florida and what a relief, Thank God and Express Vanlines, my move could not have gone better. I must admit, I was a bit nervous through the selection process. I got in touch with Jason through Moving . com, He was extremely knowledgable, polite and very professional. He explained everything to me without once bad mouthing any of his competitors.
