Rude old lady that works there don’t waste your time trying to get a U-Haul they are no help went down the road and got a trailer and there are people who were actually wanting to help
Alec the store manager went above and beyond to make my move seamless. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel welcome the second I walked in. I will definitely be returning and using Lacey U-Haul in the future!

Very friendly office staff! Always very welcoming with friendly faces! Have all the packing supplies you might need, along with Uhaul trucks and storage units as well! Very knowledgeable people at this location!
