Alec is the absolute best! I go to this location strictly because of his exceptional customer service. I have a home staging company and so am in there multiple times a week and he is so helpful and goes above and beyond!
Quick easy dropoff, helpful knowledgeable staff. Franklin was very knowledgeable in customer relations and ensured we were kept company while the truck was being checked in.

I thought they were really great when I rented my truck for moving, the first rental went well...though it totally was a front, cause after the second rental (just days after btw), I was lied to and now they are trying to charge me with a HUGE fee that I shouldn't be paying. I didn't have the truck the length they said I did, and I sure as hell didn't drive it the length they say I did. But of course I was dumb and trusted them and didn't take pictures.
