The guys here are great and very helpful
I rented a trailer from Idaho Falls, ID and had the drop-off location in Lacey, WA. Drop-off was at a location that didn’t have storage (which I needed) so I called Express Storage and Alex updated my rental to be delivered there instead. After 15 hours of driving and a mushed brain from energy drinks and exhaustion, Alex made getting a storage and dropping off the trailer the LEAST of my worries. Thank you, Express Storage for ALEX!
Alec is the absolute best! I go to this location strictly because of his exceptional customer service. I have a home staging company and so am in there multiple times a week and he is so helpful and goes above and beyond!
Quick easy dropoff, helpful knowledgeable staff. Franklin was very knowledgeable in customer relations and ensured we were kept company while the truck was being checked in.
