I thought they were really great when I rented my truck for moving, the first rental went well...though it totally was a front, cause after the second rental (just days after btw), I was lied to and now they are trying to charge me with a HUGE fee that I shouldn't be paying. I didn't have the truck the length they said I did, and I sure as hell didn't drive it the length they say I did. But of course I was dumb and trusted them and didn't take pictures. Rude old lady that works there don’t waste your time trying to get a U-Haul they are no help went down the road and got a trailer and there are people who were actually wanting to help
Alec the store manager went above and beyond to make my move seamless. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel welcome the second I walked in. I will definitely be returning and using Lacey U-Haul in the future!
