Cannot recommend them enough! I had water running everywhere in my bathroom from one of my faucet pipes and this company came through when I needed them most. They responded after hours and in a very timely manner, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Before sending someone out, they clearly explained the different pricing and possible issues, which I really appreciated. I came back from a trip to find that the main water valve wouldn’t turn back on. I called several companies, but most couldn’t come right away excpet Express Service. Mike, the technician, arrived within 2 hours and recommended replacing the water valve. The process was smooth and professional, and it took about 20–30 minutes to complete. Overall, I appreciated the quick response and efficient work. That said, this convenience doesn’t come cheap—the price was on the higher end at around $1,000.

I’ve gotta give a massive shout-out to Express Services Plumbing, and specifically to Randy. I had a follow-up visit today to tweak a small thing from a previous repair. Don’t get me wrong, the first crew that came out was also great, but Randy was just on another level. The guy is seriously phenomenal. He was incredibly pleasant from the second he walked in.
