Express Self Storage in Alvin comments. can anyone tell me if they have received fines for using the trash dumpster on site or fined for smoking on the property? seems that the lady there has a thing for me. Will be moving soon and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Paid for climate controlled and after 2 years everything in the unit was covered in rat feces and was ruined. Was told that it’s my problem because I didn’t Shrink wrap everything that was in the unit. I have a boat Storage in Pearland that is spotless, yet this closed climate controlled unit was useless. The place looks nice and they clean the halls daily but the units are Infested! Wasted thousands of dollars here on top of losing all my belongings!
