I have never given a bad review, until today. CIGNA owns the company that owns this mail order pharmacy, but the quality of the service is below the standards I have become accustomed to receive from CIGNA. No one there speaks Spanish so the pharmacy representative needed to get a translator on the telephone so I could have my questions answered. Horrible service my Dr called my meds in the lst of the month I kept getting emails medicine was on its way, been almost a month still don't have it. What employe on phone told me was not correct very in efficient
Would not recommend!!! In May Express Scripts said I needed to pay thousands of dollars for my medication. Come to find out Humira complete program had already paid for my med. I only found this out from a Humira complete rep. Otherwise Express Scripts I'm sure never would have said anything. I have spent hours and months trying to get my money back without success.
Taking my business elsewhere after being charged for more medication that I was sent- more than once!! They will not issue a credit as per my conversation with a rep today. I am also collegiality educated. I feel for the elderly or undereducated who cannot stand up for themselves. This is such a shame. I will be sure to loudly express my disdain with this company with every doctor and discharge planner I can get to listen to me.
