Asked Rich to help fix my generator coming up on six months. Even paid half up front. He first told me he lost his house, then he was waiting on parts, now his grandma passed away. Cops called him he said he would call me, nothing. Now I am so angry, I am throwing all my resources behind the law to get justice. You dont get to take people's property & then ghost them.
We woke up to our coldest day yet, on this trip to Utah. Our furnace had stopped working overnight. After some research, I figured out it was a bad circuit board. I attempted removing and replacing it myself. After realizing it was out of my scope, I decided to spring for a service call. I found the card for Express RV, which I had picked up at the KOA office. I had an issue with Ground Fault outlets, and wanted 3 new Batteries. Started trouble shooting from my plug end, back to the connections at my transfer switch... never found the problem, charged me $900.00 for installing and supplying the 3 batteries... 4 months later - today - 8/19/24 Had no power coming into coach.. Electrician found burnt wires in the cord to coach junction box...1 nicked wire with loose wire nuts, burnt to a crisp... Could have easily burnt my whole coach.. These guys were the best! They helped us over the phone as much as they could and were able to come out to where we were stranded the very next morning and fix a blown bearing and hub on our trailer. Don't know what we would have done without them!
Sometimes they are slow with updates. But they do know what they are talking about and when they digonse an issue. It is right and the problem gets fixed
