I have used Express Ride a few times and I am impressed with their professionalism, their clean rides and their promptness. I would definitely recommend them.
I like them until I start the phone goes to voice mail saying busy with other customers after 30 minutes.hire someone who will pick up the phone after calling 1hr plus.
I use this cab alot and this morning I was told 2 1/2 hour ago that the cab would be here in 45 mins still now cab is here and I feel as though if I should receive my refund because I did a round trip paid my money and still did not catch my family to get my house keys before they left for two weeks.
Got a nice ride back from the ER following a car accident. I did wait a half hour but I don't think that was a real problem. The silver SUV was very clean and the driver was very pleasant. My ride to the ER with PDQ Taxi was horrible.
Extremely unprofessional. I called over an hour ago and was told my driver would be here in 30 minutes. I normally have no issues with this company but after about 45 minutes i called to check on the taxi to see if it was almost here. The woman on the phone told me shed call the driver to check.
