I have rented from Express for 2 years and never had a problem with them until I told them I had an ESA, boy did attitudes change I dont know the lady that I was emailing back and forth with but she ended every sentence with an exclamation, which to me is rude, im in customer relations myself and that was totally uncalled for, also I overpaid my rent for 3 months and they did not bother telling me about it, im 68 years old and I get confused sometimes so I had to tell them to give me my money back they said nothing about the... read more
I have rented from this company many times. . Probably 6 yrs total with 3 different homes. I have nothing but positive things to say. Any time I had an issue they were there within days. Seth was always professional and had bo conflicts. My rent was always paid on time. Ialways got my deposits back without question.

Run don’t walk away from here. These folks are a joke ! Find other alternatives for renting or buying
I have lived in one of their properties for 7 years and I couldn't be happier with them. Seth is always so great about any request I have had. They are so quick to fix any issues. He is the best! Thank you for always helping me. 5 stars for sure.
