Express Realty has been managing my properties for the last three years. They've managed to keep my properties occupied to this day. All tenants pay on time. I recommend this company to everyone.

i met this client in the eviction court . i noticed he was latino and had a big problem with a tenant. i gave him some advice and offered my services. i manage several properties for him and i took out all the bad flakey tenants and put in a+ tenants. he has not been to eviction court since. we are glad to be of service.

This company is the most fraudulent company we have ever done business with. The agents and the broker are crooks and total liars. The are extremely unprofessional and harassed us. They will ask everyone for a double deposit and will not give you the deposit back they are running a scam with the property owners. Soon as you give them the money they say they are no longer the management company and that the owner is taking over. However, they will not give you the owners contact number. this review is incorrect as follows. 1> we were hired by the owner to find a tenant and owner would be doing his own property management. therefore we were only the leasing agent. 2> these tenants had credit/income challenges and were notified that a double deposit would be required as a condition for the owner to approve their rental application. tenants agreed to it prior to moving in. 3> tenants moved in and caused all types on problems to the owner who ultimately got into a cursing and shouting match with the tenants. 4>... read more
