OH HELL NO. They lost my package, and told me to report it to FedEx, but they never gave it to FedEx. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was a pure a$shole. Do not use if you'd like to have your package delivered.
Been a customer for 16 years. Great business. Never had any problems. Very professional. I’d come here for mailboxes, notary, keys made, shipping boxes, and urgent passports. And copies if that was a thing I ever needed.
I would not trust this business with your packages. I am now on the hook for $600+ because the package they accepted from me was never shipped (or at least never scanned into the tracking system). When I stopped by to see if the package might still be at the store, the owner was immediately rude and confrontational, quickly insisting that he was not at fault for not shipping the package and that there was no way he could help with the situation. Warning: this is not a real Fedex store. It’s indecently owned and Fedex just picks up packages from them. Go to a post office or real Fedex/UPS Michael was rude and even lied to me about competing prices I could expect from USPS
