Showed up after a tooth extraction being told it was vital important to get my antibiotics and ibuprofen. Was was told the pharmacist is at a meeting with no ETA they would deliver ASAP. Called two hours later asking where medication was and it did didn't make the first delivery drop it might be delivered tonight! Worst customer service!!!! I've been waiting a week for my medication and when it finally arrives they swear to me it will be delivered so I don't go get and it and they never deliver. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have NEVER been to a worse pharmacy. They are very disorganized and not on top on thier own system. I had really high hopes because my first experience there I dealt with the pharmacist/ owner. However they rest of the staff are absolutely rude. And will not help you when you have questions they hang up on thier customers.
I got hung up on 4 times in a row just trying to get help from this pharmacy. When I finally did speak to a human after having to listen to their stupid recording again for the 5th time. She was horribly rude and unhelpful, told me "Go to another pharmacy". These people suck, this pharmacy sucks, they have no clue what they are doing. No one working there even knows what the medications they are selling are. They can't pronounce them and have no idea what they're doing.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
