Friendly staff love it here
The girl who answers the phone is consistently rude whenever I call. She lacks basic customer service skills and makes me feel uncomfortable for asking questions. Since compounded prescriptions are already more expensive than standard ones, it’s frustrating to also have to deal with a negative attitude. I give one star because customer service is top priority.
This pharmacy is amazing. I recommend them 100%. Medications are available in a timely manner. Yasser is a pharmacist that is the definition of professionalism. He gives very thorough consultations with a sincerely caring manner of speaking. Very knowledgeable. I’d also like to add that Magali is also an excellent element in their staff. She always has a happy demeanor which is appreciated. Inovia pharmacy, you have a customer here for a long time to come. Thank you 🙏
