Pretty unfortunate experience, had never been there before. Moving and they were the first open, so I went in and asked if they would be interested in purchasing TV and Monitor....along with some silver. Yes sir they stated. Carry everything in and first thing I realize is the systems are down and they are trying to help.....and make me offers on all of it which I accepted.....then they say we can't do anything because our systems down....."the big boss" just says you can come back later.......but one employee was interested... read more
