Maybe I just caught Rick on a bad day, but I did not have a great experience with him today. He seemed to have a short temper, getting frustrated and angry very easily when the computer stopped working and when he couldn’t get my headlight out to be replaced. I ended up being there for almost an hour and it was very uncomfortable to hear his complaining and him take out his frustrations for things not working. Just went to get a standard oil change and ended up having some issues with my oil pan which was unfortunate but these guys helped me get a temporary solution and made sure I was taken care of and were super patient and kind. I believe their names were Corey and Tristan. Thank you guys so much for giving me 10/10 service and reassurance.
Rick was an excellent technician. Great and quick service.
Had my honda van worked on for brakes and oil changes. Tech staff Aaron, Tristan, and Cory are very knowledgeable and helpful with situations that are not ordinary. Greatly appreciated their workmanship and advice. Will come back again for future service.
