Express Oil was my go-to until I moved to Ohio and tried another shop, which left my car with issues they claimed they couldn't find. Today, I bit the bullet and drove out to the nearest Express Oil location. Before I even mentioned the problem, the technician identified the issue immediately! They fixed it on the spot, and they've easily made me a loyal, long-term customer again. Highly recommend!
On our way to an OSU game we discovered we had a tire leak. We found found Steve at express oil change and he helped us out by getting the spark on and safely on our way! He was a lifesaver. Customer service was fabulous
Mark was very helpful and fast. Clayton as well! Service was amazing.
