I took my car in for an oil change. I have the Oil and fluids checked every couple of weeks. Very rarely do I have to add oil. Today they told me that they couldn't do an oil change because of multiple leaking valves. They tried to send me to the next Bay Over. I got an independent Mechanic that proved I didn't have an Exxon Valdez like they claimed.
The service was very good. I received an oil change. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and through.
