Made an appointment to have an alignment and oil change. When I got there I was told I was at the wrong express oil but it was no problem. They would do my oil change and call the one down the road who has the alignment machine to tell them what was going on. Came back to say they couldn't do my alignment, even tho I had made an appointment, they were too busy.
