I came for an oil change they made me move out of line and let someone skip me I waited an hour to get an oil change no apology they didn’t even offer me a bottle of water
I was able to get my oil changed efficiently and quickly.
This location meet all of my needs every time. The customer service is always top tier. There’s no location that can top this one.
Went to this location last week about squeaky brakes and was told by the technician that my pads were fine. I reiterated to him before I left that the brakes were squeaking but he assured me I had good padding on both front and back brakes. Well fast forward to just a week later, my brakes were now scrubbing BAD!!! Took my car to the Express Oil Change in Fairfield and sure enough there was little no padding on the front brakes.
