Took my truck there on Wednesday for a routine oil change. Since then I have noticed the underside of my truck covered in oil and leaking all over the place. I am just hoping there is no serious damage from what they did. Haven’t been able to take it in yet to see what kind of damage has been done. Truck was purchased from a dealer 5 months ago and it had never had any issues before taking it to them.
Need to give a BIG shout out to Kelly and Crystal for great service. They truly took care of my vehicle with all the bells and whistles checked. They spotted the problem and solved everything that needed to be done in order to be safe pulling my trailer. Kudos to you gals!
