Sent my daughter there July 16, 2019 for an oil change. They told her that she needed a new air filter so my daughter called me. I had her ask how much the air filter was. He said on sale 45.00.... I said to put the old one back on, and he said that he couldn’t because it was used. I asked to speak with the Manager and told him that it was not used because she had no even cranked the car. Then I told them to put the old air filter back on and they did. POOR, POOR BUSINESS!
I got an oil change on October 4 and yesterday my filter came off while I was driving down the hi way almost hitting the cars behind me than I noticed that my oil light came on and my truck was making a funny ticking noise. I pulled over in dollar general parking lot and two guys was park next to me and one of them got under the truck and noticed that I had no oil filter....Bad business.....
The ONLY place in Columbus, MS you need to be going!!!
They have repaired many vehicles for me and always stood behind their work
SUPER friendly! SUPER fast! The guys went over and beyond helping me load my son and his wheel chair up and made sure the car was cooled off before they did. Very impressed with this place!!
Best place in town. Service was great the guys are awesome. They took good care of my car told me what I needed an didn't need. I will be back for sure...
For tires and general automotive maintenance, I highly recommend Jason Morrow & his crew at Express!
