Just drove across town to come here for a synthetic oil change on my Kia stinger, they’re supposed to be open until 5pm. All their bays are closed at 4:45 asked they guy working, and he confirmed open until 5pm but “closing early today”. Been coming here for 15 years. Won’t be back.

Totally bad experience, they told me come on in work will start in 5 mins made me wait for an hour and no one looked at my car i hqd to ask and pull out without getting any work done.. This is JUST NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS TIME
I use to love this place but not sure if management changed or ownership but the quality of service has gone down! Searching g for a new place to go now
They told me there was no way the Tacoma i lifted for a customer could be aligned. I took it back to my shop and aligned it with a tape measure on the floor. Had it verified on an alignment machine once I was done. They didn’t want to have to work for the money. Won’t be back.

RecommendedI have been doing oil changes ALL wrong! I went to ask where I put my car and I was told, you stay in the car while we do the oil change! Like they knew I was stressing what I was going to do with 3 kids during an oil change...and yes, it took only 10 minutes! I am a lifer now! Thanks to Joe (I hope I remembered that right) for understanding I had 3 thousand kids in the back! 😂 Very happy lady!

RecommendedI’ve been going to this particular EOC for many years, it’s worth the 30 mile drive from my house. I travel a lot , it’s always a relief to know I’m good and safe to go back on the road after they have checked my vehicle throughly. The mechanics are right on top of everything as well. When I heard my brakes not feeling right, not only did the change the pads, the mechanic brought to my attention, while checking everything he saw the rear wheel cylinder was leaking.
