I don’t who is managing Express Oil Change behind Larry Puckett now but they suck!! I have used this place for almost 20 years for all my oil changes. Not anymore !!! I waited an hour and then they let people that had waited behind me in front of me. Left going find somebody that wants my business!! Sorry for my rant!! What is going on?

On the way to the beach, car loaded, 3 Children, 2 dogs, and a storm coming, my tire warning light came on. Express Oil Change in Prattville came to my rescues and put us safely back on the road with a simple thank you as payment. Thank you to the men who showed us simple human kindness.

We've been taking our vehicles to Lewis and his staff for many, many years. The fact that so many of the employees have remained consistent for all these years is impressive. You see a lot of the same faces year after year. We've never had anything less than excellent service from polite and friendly folks. We moved from Millbrook 6 years ago and could go to a much closer Express shop, but we prefer to continue dealing with the folks in Prattville due to the level of service Lewis and his guys have always provided.
