As a female, I went to this place after a male friend saying it was ok. I was charged for an alignment (the full trip safe inspection was free, included in the packaged). The mechanics charged for both front brakes+alignment ($531); and I was told everything was safe for the up coming trip 1,110 miles away. I took the car back once to adjust the brakes that was very loud (and then it became fine). I took the car back 3 times to "fix" the alignment - that never became fine. This company believes that if an employee leaves they can just throw away their Mopar master certified & ASE master certified certificates & plaques and tell the employee that they don't know what happened. Those are things that are earned through hard work & someone just throws them away or hides them.

Just like with Adams review I took my car in for an oil change they Talked me into a $20 inspection they did not put my car back together the way it was when I got there, leaving the cooling reservoir uncovered causing the motor to burn A hole in the side of the reservoir The reservoir plate cover Was never replaced causing me to have to replace the reservoir and a part that doesn’t exist anymore for my car. My AC stopped working and I was referred to this Express Oil Change for an AC diagnostic. I told them about my issue and they said they would run the test. Upon arrival, they asked for my name and contact information. They also asked for a secondary contact just in case they couldn't reach me. I gave them my fiancé's information. I was on an urgent trip between New Jersey and Florida. My rental car got a flat tire in Woodstock, GA, at 8:00 AM on day two of my journey. My tire was rapidly deflating from an impaled screw, and I barely made it to the Havoline Xpress lube in Woodstock (1490 Towne Lake parkway). Harrison Smith approached me immediately. Ruined my wife’s car. Literally. Tried to get her to get more work done when going in for a routine oil change. 1 day later car bit the dust. 1,300 dollars later and new timing belt installed - car now needs a new engine Goodluck

Visited this establishment last weekend and the service rendered was top notch. The crew was knowledgeable and courteous. They explained in detail what was occurring as the work was progressing forward until completion. I would recommend to others in need of an oil change or tire rotation. The employees were observant while working efficiently on my vehicle.
