RecommendedI’ve been going to this particular EOC for many years, it’s worth the 30 mile drive from my house. Admit their mistake and fix my car. I am not a fool, I know how my car was running before the oil change. I had not left the station before asking about the loud sound. I don't like being treated like a fool. I want my car running like it was before the oil change. They put regular oil in my car that I had been using full synthetic oil.
Quincey one of the techs is stealing money from the company. I sat there and watched him pocket money but applying discounts to people. He changed my oil and asked me to pay cash. Told him I didn’t have it so he then said “I tricked the computer and it will only be $99 if you give me $20 in cash. My bill was only $132 but I wasn’t about to let him pocket money.
