GREAT Experience. I purchase a defective battery in late Dec 2017 at a local part store. Express Oil used the tool to check the strength of the battery & alternator. Apparently, the battery was a dud. Express Oil contacted the part store, had them deliver a new battery, installed the new battery, changed the battery cables, (which were old) and reset my radio code. All done under 2 hours on a holiday weekend.
I have lived in Lafayette for 3 years now. I was pretty nervous about finding a trusted, reliable place close to home to have my routine car services done (oil change, tires rotated, etc). I gave these guys a try shortly after I moved here in 2015 and have never thought twice about going anywhere else. These guys have been so nice and kind, never have tried once to sell me anything, only replace things when I asked, and just recently helped me A TON when my check engine light came on.
