I was on my way out of town for a family emergency and pulled in the parking lot at about 5:58 pm, right before closing time. I needed an oil change before a long drive that night. When I pulled in and saw they closed at 6, I was going to keep going, but the manager flagged me down, asked what they could do to help and refused to let me leave without getting the service I needed!! All of the guys were so friendly and helpful and I appreciated it more than they could have known! I will definitely go back!
This place has phenomenal customer service!! Everytime I'm here i am greeted with a how are you from a friendly voice... they talk me through the whole process with my car in a language i understand not car guy lingo! And i never have to leave my car.... Michael and JT were the sweetest and most helpful guys I've ever had to deal with... i always get my oil changed here and i will never go anywhere else!!!
