Went here to get a simple oil change. As soon as we started the car, the check engine light came on and the car was shaking and driving rough. The initial paperwork wasn’t even filled out correctly. Mileage wrong. Services wrong. Of course, as other reviews also state, this store manager refuses to take responsibility when there were ZERO problems with the car prior to coming here. I went to get my tires rotated before a long trip. They couldn't even do that simple task right. They didn't rotate them to the other side and they didn't move the tire pressure sensors. Just left them where they were. Will not go back. -5 stars
RecommendedFast, honest, and friendly. These guys will get you in and out in no time and won’t sell you something you don’t need. I recommend to anyone.
Best shop with a great staff. Regardless of what I need, they take care of it quickly whether it's an oil change or to replace wind shield wipers or air my tires. Extremely competent, nice group of men. Love their ladies day. Didn't realize until today that my Etowah Football card gets me a discount. Thank you Jared and staff!

Best experience I've ever had with an auto shop!I badly needed brakes and rotors replaced on my van.I had called around to all the other shops in Towne Lake and they beat all thier prices by over $100!!!Roger and his team got me in and out of there quickly and for a great price.I will never go to another mechanic.
