Was there for an oil change and tire rotation, was told they would not rotate my tires.
Because I am stitting in my car for over 10mins nobody here open for service and looks like at 10:30am am everyone’s on break one man walked out never said anything really bad customer service today let me add that once they actually started the service guys was good
As I'm sure most everyone knows to stay away from ALL express oil changes we had an awful experience from them in trussville last week. They claimed that my wife had perviously had a small oil leak, however the floor in my garage says other wise. The car sits in the garage sometimes for 2 or more days at a time and not ONE indication of a small leak. After my wife got her oil change here on friday LARGE oil puddles on the garage floors. Kevin has changed my oil the past 2 times I’ve been here, he’s is so nice and respectful and does an amazing job!!! I highly recommend him.

These jerks shut the hood of my BMW Z3 with oil cap sitting on motor. Dented my hood.. Were total jerks when I asked to fix. They did bare minimum to fix, making me run all over Birmingham to find someone to fix then they said they would reimburse, and never even offered a free oil change for denting my Car, never said sorry.. Nothing. Ruined my entire week and my car and sent me on my way, like oh well its your problem not ours. I'll never forget it and I'll never stop telling people not go here.
