Worst service ever from this location.I typically frequent the Trussville location but this one particular day they told me the could service my car so I took it to Pinson Al.When I returned back to the Trussville Al location for an oil change I was told that the Pinson location applied the engine cap to tight.The store manager said i had to either pay for an upgraded cap or take back to Pinson Al.If I had not had any prior knowledge about cars I would've left.Being that I did know about cars i asked know if it was leaking o... read more

Recommended5 stars! These guys are So nice & so helpful. They never try to pressure me into buying anything I don’t need & always help me find a discount code or rebate option. They really go the extra mile! I’ve used the Trussville (Hwy 11) location for years & always have a wonderful experience.
They changed the oil on my wife’s car and it’s a turbo, bottom line is they didn’t know what they were doing. Nearly burned up the engine so we toll it to Kia Trussville. They even said they don’t recommend Express Oil!! It’s gonna cost be $400 more the correct their mistake!! Never go to Express Oil again!!!
great customer service and went the extra mile checking everything because I informed them I was travelling. it was a chilly 29 degrees and no complaints were made at all!
Horrible service for two different trips. Dropped vehicle off when store opened and not ready until closed. Did not work in order of received and no communication when ready. Had to keep calling back. Last trip 9/21/19 had oil. change, transmission service and two new tires to be installed. Dropped off car approximately 8:45am. Called them at 4pm and was told car was on the tracks. Since store closed at 5pm headed up. On arrival was told car was ready and paid. Got to car and tired were not even changed. They are the BEST group of guys I've ever dealt with!! I had a problem with a fuse, after replacing the battery and alternator, and they figured it out for me. Bought the new fuse, put it in for me and charged me NOTHING!! God bless those guys!! Especially Mr.Shane and Mr.Jeff!!!!! I totally recommend them!!!
We went by for an oil change and had a great experience! We didn't have an appointment but drove right in and no waiting. Johnny was our service professional and I mentioned to him that I bought an oil pressure sensor but couldn't install it myself. He was happy to install it for me. Thanks again Johnny! We will be back.
The best oil change experience I have ever had. The gentleman that helped me was beyond nice and helpful.
