Yes you here the horror stories of them not tightening the oil filter or oil cap. They didn't put on my oil cap. Blew oil all over my engine. After my oil pressure light came on went to the Ford dealer. I will never come back again. On a positive note they did own it and only refunded what I paid to the ford dealer (not what I paid them) and they are cleaning the engine.
Great job as usual. Got right in and had oil changed, tires rotated and headlights adjusted all in about 40 minutes. All for a reasonable price and they gave me a 10% military discount too. Great service!
I went to get a 10 minute oil change and was there for 30 minutes then I had to call them because they kept walking pass me no one was waiting on me
These guys have earned my loyalty. They always do a quick and thorough job when I go in for an oil change (always on ladies day, of course), but they've gone above and beyond this week. I asked for a break inspection and had pads replaced. They ground the rotors, telling us they would need to be replaced soon. My girlfriend was down there today and they did a service on her car that didn't need it. Charging her 70 dollars to her and hustled her saying white smoke was coming from the engine. I found oil stains on the top of the engine where they spilled oil on it to look like smoke was coming from it. I do not recommend anyone using this place. Oh and after she left there the check engine light also happen to come on when it wasn't on prior to their "service".
Fast and friendly service. Only place I will go for an oil change now. Thanks!!
