I took my wife's car in for an oil change that seemed to go fine. Took it home. Car was not driven until the next evening (July 4th) when we went to dinner before her night shift. When I got home, I found oil on the driveway where her car sits. I end up doing another oil change in the parking lot of her work that evening and fine the problem is that there was no gasket on the oil filter. RecommendedThe service here is top notch! I’ve been going to them for about two years and not once have they tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Yesterday, I drove in on a spare after finding a flat tire. They worked for about 45 minutes and found that there was debris preventing a good seal. I've always had great service with these guys, but today they outdid themselves. I came in for for my 6 month(ish) oil change. The tech who greeted me noticed my miles were pretty low this time compared to normal. After I pulled in and he checked my oil, he told and showed me the oil was still clean and in range. Service was great and quick. Professional staff and was greeted as soon as I drove up. I recommend everything about this establishment. Awesome experience and will recommend to anyone needing services for their vehicle!
Head guys are the most trustworthy people! They are always so helpful, courteous, and thorough! I would recommend them to women specifically!
What can I say...I’ve been going to these guys forever!! I even went to Birmingham for 2yrs and still waited till I came home to get my oil changed. I’ve never had a problem and they’re especially nice.
