Horrible service!!! Very rude and a 10 minute oil change turned into my whole lunch hour.
Incredibly incompetent techs. They broke my lugnut stud, proceeded to charge me to fix it, claiming it’s not their fault. They said it was whoever rotated the wheels last, which was them, but they say they only recommended it and never did the work. I distinctively remember them rotating my wheels, because they act like I ruin their day every time I ask. I can’t say for certain, but it is really strange that I brought it in for an oil change, had the engine belt replaced ( difficulties were here w wrong size then trouble getting correct size), then after driving it Sunday & Monday morning, it died. Bottom end noises... slung a bearing or oil pump stopped were suggested reasons for death. Hmmmm, no error on their part at all!?!? Seems mighty suspicious timing!
