This place is a joke. I have NEVER had an issue with my engine before coming here. I brought in my car for an oil change and 3 weeks later my engine starts making an awful sound and I can’t even drive my car. My boyfriend drained the oil and they put in 6 quarts eventhough my car only takes 5. So I called the shop and they were nice enough to send a mechanic out. Other then the basic oil change... these guys suck took my car there told them the problem. Mr. Mike fixed something that he thought it was charge me $160. Took my car back Told Mr. Mike that my car was cutting off when it gets hot and also still making the noise from the first time Mr. Mike fix the part I ask him to fix which cost $41.99 at Autozone charge me $84.10 and had the nerves to tell me he is helping me out by only charging me $143.00 because I always come to them. These guys are very nice and great customer services but as far as diagnosing a problem other then the obvious they will fix things that they THINK it is charge you for the labor and over priced parts and your primary problem still exists....YOU ALL WOULD DO BETTER GOING TO WESLEY TIRE OR THE EXPRESS LUBE ON SOUTH COLLEGE
Pure awesomeness from beginning to end!!! I could even sit in the car during the oil change!!!
