TO THE RESCUE!! We live 2 hours away. In town for youth sports event. My wife’s car broke down and the team and Express got her taken care of. Kyle, Cody and Jeremy were very professional and Cody knocked it out of the park getting the alternator replaced. Thanks for staying after hours to ensure we could get home. Big reason why we only goto Express in our home town. They always take great care of us. Oh… and Cody the A/C kicked on about 20 min into the drive 🤣🤣🤣
Jacob waited on me. He was professional, courteous, and had a really good attitude.. Personally I think It’s hard to find that almost anywhere you go these days. And to me that makes a huge difference. I will definitely come back to Express Oil Change on the South end of Cullman Al.
Jacob was hands down one of the best. Super awesome attitude and fantastically helpful. I'll definitely be going back to see him for any needs.
