They are always friendly, nice, and very helpful. If you can't get something done that day, they understand cause since the Covid pandemic has happened that it is hard on very. I was just happy that I was finally able to get my oil changed today.

I've always had great service with these guys, but today they outdid themselves. I came in for for my 6 month(ish) oil change. The tech who greeted me noticed my miles were pretty low this time compared to normal. After I pulled in and he checked my oil, he told and showed me the oil was still clean and in range. I paid $400. for tension pulleys and belt to be replaced. Now instead of a horrible whining noise it’s chirping. My other mechanic says they didn’t replace all of the parts . Also they said axle was broken, he looked at it and it isn’t. Didn’t even bother to reset oil monitor warning light even though it says they did on inspection report. There was no coolant at all in reservoir, even though it says safe level on report. Pretty disappointed because i had trusted them . Not anymore !!
