First of all, I was charged twice on my credit card for an oil change. After driving from Alabama to have it taken care of, a guy working there, opened his mouth...when he shouldn't, got "snippy" and had a bad attitude...which I abruptly told him that it had nothing to do with him. Why he even said anything was beyond me... should have kept his mouth shut. The auto repair supervisor was very rude to me. I made an appointment and when I arrived he said he didn’t know when he could fit me in -maybe next week. Well, he won’t have to worry about it. I will take all my business elsewhere from now on.

General mgr/regional mgr, very rude. Visited 9 mile Rd location. Sylvester assistant manager is the best. I will be back to nine mile road location.
