I usually get my oil changed here but not today! Drove up waited about 10 minutes no one even acknowledged I was there 3 other cars drove up got acknowledged immediately and in line for service! �

You'd think I was the only person here. Complete undivided attention from Steve (service manager) who is explaining to me, while under the hood, the exact situation. My spark plug wires were scorched because they were misplaced under the fuel rail (not by them). SO, in conclusion I need new spark plugs and new spark plug wires. What is interesting is that the diagnosis machine spelt that out and Steve showed me exactly where the burns were. Seeing is believing. I WILL have my car serviced here and recommend them highly.
