Had a flat tire on my son’s car. Discovered I bought it without a donut. Explained predicament to Taylor. He sent a young man out to my home who took the tire off & took it back to the shop. Couldn’t be repaired so they ordered me a new tire. Brought it back out to my house & put it back on. Major props for some great customer service — Taylor, Scott, Jeff & the guys!! This single mom is greatly appreciative and will continue to use them for my car care!! THANK YOU!!!

If you live around or are traveling on I-20 near Leeds, AL and have vehicle troubles, this is your go to place. They even work on big diesel trucks like ours. Great fast, friendly service!
I was just there and spoke with Chuck, not the nicest person. Practically dropped my keys in my hand. And his attitude was not pleasing.
I can't say enough good things about the guys at Express Oil in Leeds. Every time I'm in there, it truly seems as though each and every employee endeavors to go above and beyond expectations. I've been getting oil changes there for a year or more, but earlier this week highway debris KNOCKED A HOLE in my condenser. I brought my car in, they assessed the problem and got the part in the very next day to fix it. FANTASTIC place. (...and I'm pretty cranky and difficult to impress - just ask my husband! 😜)
