I had to get 2 wheel bearings replaced and new break pads. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything to me. I will be back.

Love the drive thru service... I was there for 10-15 minutes for an inspection. They apologized for the wait, which makes me giggle... I have spent hours waiting after an appt at Firestone.. this place is great.. love it! Jeff did a fantastic job helping with an A/C issues this summer. I came back for some regular maintenance, including a tune up and belt replacement. Once again I received stellar service, with great communication. Blake answered all my questions when I received my estimate and patiently explained my options. When I picked up Mike gave an accounting of the work that was done. Jeff gave me a heads up on future maintence. I was referred to this place. Very impressed! The customer service was great. They were very fast, friendly & informative. Pit Manager Mike was funny and thorough in explaining everything to me all while they worked on my oil change. My oil change was done in about 10 mins and I didn't even have to get out of the car!
