Totally agree! This place is great! The guys are friendly & there's not a huge push on upselling. I went in for an oil change before I headed to Garland to adopt a pup. Happened to mention that & fate put this gentleman in my path! I had never been to Garland & the gentleman had lived there for a considerable length of time. I showed him where the shelter was located & he showed me which areas of town I may want to avoid. I showed him where I had booked a hotel room & he let me know it was okay and it was!
JUST got an inspection done here... I'm highly impressed by their professionalism and kindness...I def recommend this place ;)
I absolutely love this place. They take great care of my car and my daughter’s car. Great customer service. Not only did these fellas change my oil but they were able to fix some minor areas on my car...no charge. This is how you keep loyal customers. Charlie, Mike, and Steve are the best! I totally recommend this place no doubt. They are a competent and FUN group. Super entertaining while you wait for your oil change!

Stopped in for a state inspection on my wife's car. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I mentioned that her tire pressure warning light had just come on so they checked the pressure in all the tires and aired up the one that was low. The whole thing was done before I even had time to get out my phone to check Facebook. The receipt even included a free basic car wash and coupons for Zaxby's and Jersey Mike's.
Fast, reliable and honest service! We’ve been taking our vehicles here since this location opened and have always had great experiences. Just went here today and they told me I still had life in my oil... at least 1k miles. They topped off my fluids, gave me another sticker and sent me on my way! Today’s experience definitely made me a lifetime customer!
My first visit today was for an oil change and state inspection. I was so impressed with the quick and attentive service with my vechile that I went and brought back my husbands car for the same. Will be a long time customer for sure! All the guys were great and Cora my dog even got a treat!
