Great First-Time Service at Express Oil Change on Ottawa St N! I visited Express Oil Change at 1015 Ottawa St N in Kitchener for the first time and got both an oil change and ATF service. Jey and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth without needing an appointment. Drove off feeling happy with my vehicle running perfectly—definitely my new go-to spot for quick, reliable maintenance!

Have been coming to this location for years for oil service on multiple vehicles and always received excellent service from J & his team and yesterday was no exception. I rolled into their bay about 30 minutes before closing with a loose hanging heat shield after driving over some high snow. Ryan and Sam were able to quickly identify and remove the damaged part, confirm everything else was secured and get me back on the road within minutes.
