I went in for an oil change since I have a friend who works there (Sam's absolutely amazing) unfortunately she wasn't there but I had Moe do my oil change & he forgot to screw in the bolts on my under under guard & they came loose and flew off my car! If Sam was there I KNOW for a fact I wouldn't of had this issue, Mike fixed the problem and gave me $30 off my next visit but Sam would of never let this happen
Unfortunately, this shop has become dishonest. It used to be our go-to place for oil changes since it was close to home and had a reliable manager and staff. But when we visited in August 2025, the manager wasn’t around, and the entire staff was new to us. We had our oil change done, but about a week later we ran out of windshield washer fluid, something that’s supposed to be included with the service. Guys have no idea what they are doing
Been here about 4 or 5 times and have had great experiences, up until my last visit. I realized the price of the oil change had gone up quite a bit (completely understandable). Although it was a bit surprising that none of the extras that were done in the past, were done or offered this visit. Usually included were a true pressure check and top up, along with topping up washer fluid and checking lights wipers etc. Likely won’t be returning as the service has clearly gone down while the price has gone up. Went here for my oil change. Only high school kids working with no supervision. First they dropped the oil filter socket into my engine bay, they couldn’t find it and had to take trays and braces off the bottom to find it, when they couldn’t I had to go underneath where they work and find it myself. Then the other kid working there screwed my oil filter cap at an obvious angle and when they started the car oil went everywhere and they only used rags to wipe it off(no soap or brake clean in entire shop) Once I left one of the... read more
