Diego responds swiftly to all emails. Provides proposals in a timely manner, and as of today, we have no complaints of the work he does. We hire him to strip and wax our showroom floors and occasionally, the steam clean and seal the restrooms.
Express OC did a fantastic job on my floors! Warehouses tend to get super dirty over time, and mine was no exception. They scrubbed and vacuumed the floors in the warehouse and left them in fantastic shape! Their team was quick and and finished even quicker than I thought. They were great about working around my schedule and I'm super happy with the results. I'll definitely use them again in the future!
Their team of workers is very easy to deal with and they do excellent work!
Very bad Company Management coming from the owners to the owners Mom... they work overload people, they dont paid what it's deserved and they have their morning staff relatives doing nothing but walk around during the day and always take retaliation against their employees when they complaint about having the morning cleaning lady messing with the night crews supply. Very professional service to wash upholstery; couch, two linen lounge chairs, a dining room chair and carpeted stairs/landing. Everything looks such a lot better then clean! Highly recommend.
