We brought in our iPhone 12 Pro Max to Express Mobile Repair for a back glass replacement. The quote was slightly less than another nearby shop, so we decided to move forward. When we picked up the phone, the back glass looked great and the physical repair appeared to be done well. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.
