Almost impossible to speak with live person which I think is crazy I understand that they want patience use they online system, it’s hard for the elderly to work a computer or a cellphone specially if they live a lone why if you only want to ask a question help… hell no how you still in business
Never heard of place and never been there. Receive call saying if dnt come in by end of year for exam I will lose my coverage. Sorry sounds like a scam to me I have a pcp
Front desk worker are very unprofessional and not helpful. They focusing gaining money more then helping people and they don't have any knowledge.
If I'm going to tell you what I went through in this hell of a place you can't write here, I went to do a medical exam for immigration and the doctor gave me the forms without signing (300 dollars each form, I paid 300 mine and 300 from my husband's) and didn't even ask me to sign and the forms I warned him that I had to put it in an envelope and he said no, until I could convince him that he needed to be in an envelope, he put it in an envelope and did not put my name on the envelope or my husband's name, how would immigrat... read more
