When I originally called to schedule, I was able to get an appointment quickly and I was informed that I could provide my own cleaning supplies and the rate would be cheaper ($17/hour). I have done this with other cleaning companies as well. When the cleaner showed up, she complained that the supplies I had would not work for her (again I've had other cleaners do this and use my products with no complaints at all). I have been using express maid for almost 6 months and have had two cleaners. I actually wouldn't recommend this place. Overall, there tends to be a language barrier with the cleaning ladies. they mostly speak spanish and i was unable to communicate. In addition, the ladies will always try to leave early without finishing the job. I don't want to stick around. That is the whole point of getting a cleaner, so you can do other stuff. this is a high quality maid service. rates are $16 per hour. maids did a very good job cleaning our common areas in our condo building. We booked weekly service with the same crew
I highly recommend this company. Good value in thier pricing Maids were efficient and very thurough very prompt and courteous would definately use again
I called them to clean the apartment I was moving into. The job was really small (a small kitchen, bathroom, and hallway), probably 2 hours of work by a normal person). The guy on the phone said they charge 16 an hour, plus 10 dollar fee for their materials. The woman charged me 78 dollars before doing anything. That's basically 8 hours of work plus the material fee.... Yeah, don't bother with these people...
