Horrible service. When I told them that I wasn’t happy, the person said well hope you find a better place. Smart Alec. I waited way longer than I have to, and it’s supposed to be 10 minutes or under. Otherwise they have false advertising and they didn’t give me discount or anything horrible company.
We have been coming here for years and have always had great service. The longest we were there was about 45 minutes and that was in a long line of cars on a busy weekend. But today was a top notch experience! 10 minutes?! Today was 8 minutes! Always a wonderful, friendly group of guys. Even though we cant always afford to get the full service, they let us know exactly what needs replacing so we can service our car on our own when we can afford to. Thanks Express Lube!
I been at this place for over 15 years I was waiting for over 25 minutes when my turn come one of the guy told me to go to the next isle but he just want me to wait until he finished the one after me very rude never going there
